I have had the pleasure working with Lauren and Jeff Addison and their wonderful Pest Control Company since 2004. I receive great service with their company and feel that they are not only professional but very caring, they treat you like family! The Pied Piper Pest Control Technicians have always gone above and beyond their duties to give us the best service. No job is too big or small for them and truly deal with my residents with care. I have dealt with other pest control companies in the past and none have come close to the service I receive from Pied Piper. I will continue working with Lauren and Jeff for the duration of my stay at Gatehouse Apartments.

We have been using Pied Piper Pest Control Inc. for our multi-family housing property since 2002.
We have a very good working relationship with Pied Piper Pest Control. They come back out quickly and promptly if we have any emergencies. They are also nice and professional people to deal with. They follow up on all phone calls immediately.
In addition to pest control, we also have had Pied Piper do molding remediation in some areas. They do a good job. We have not had any problems with them.
They also have to deal with all of our tenants, and we have never gotten a complaint. The manager of Pied Piper chooses quality technicians to come out to the properties. They are quick, efficient, and trustworthy.

We had a termite issue in our walls. After I called in a mild panic, Jeff spoke to me about various scenarios we would deal with at 8 pm on a Saturday night. He came out the next day (not just a Sunday but Father's Day) to give an estimate. While looking at the walls and under the house, he sprayed as a courtesy, not to stop the colony, but to at least delay them. Although they were priced out of our budget, we were very impressed with his promptness and willingness to meet our needs.
